In player auction you will be offered players for sale on our site. The payment of each player in $ can be seen directly in the panel and at each player to be bought. If you have successfully bought a player, the amount will be credited to your account within a few minutes after a short verification of the transaction.

With this method it is not necessary to enter your account data.

It may take up to 10 minutes for our system to verify that the player you selected has been purchased. If you have not received credit after 10 minutes, please open a ticket with the following information:

1. Name of the Player

2. Start & Buy now Price of the Player

3. Date of Purchase of the Player

4. Proof Picture of the Player (Including Chemistry Style, Contract & Owners)

5. Picture of the Player on MyDgn (optional)

Yes, do not panic! Also in this case our system checks if the player was bought from you. However, there is an additional time penalty of 10 minutes, during which you cannot buy any more players.

As a rule, you will receive time bans (penalty system) if you violate our terms of use, but these bans will automatically be lifted after the time has expired.

We will review your case within 48-72 hours.

1) You select a player but do not buy him out within 5 minutes.

You will get a timeout of 60 minutes.

2) You mark a player as "Bought" even though you didn't buy him.  

You will get a timeout of 6 hours.

3) I have violated point (1) or (2) several times.

We reserve the right to block your account.

With Comfort Sell you let us sell your FIFA Coins automatically and securely via your FIFA account. You still have full control over your account and can stop and start the sale at any time.
